Nelymo is a well-being mobile application available on the App Store.

2. Service description

Nelymo offers:

• a daily well-being challenge;
• a daily positive affirmation;
• a daily motivational message;
• visual rewards;
• history and favorites tracking.

Some features are free with limitations, while others require a Nelymo+ subscription.

Nelymo does not provide medical or psychological advice.

3. Eligibility

The app is intended for users aged 9 and above. Minors must use the app under supervision.

4. Personal use

The app is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to bypass technical restrictions or security measures.

5. Well-being content

Challenges and messages are provided “as is.” You remain responsible for evaluating their relevance.

6. Apple Standard EULA

Nelymo follows the official Apple Standard End User License Agreement:

7. Subscriptions & payments

Nelymo+ (Monthly / Annual) includes:

• faster level 2 rewards (N2 in 5 challenges instead of 15);
• full history access (phrases & challenges);
• unlimited favorites;
• premium visuals/themes;
• upcoming Nelymo+ features.

Purchases are billed via your Apple ID. Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the period.

8. Intellectual property

All content (texts, illustrations, visuals…) is copyrighted.

9. Liability limitation

The app is provided “as is.” The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages.

10. Changes

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
